今年上半年，虽然外部环境复杂多变，中国资本市场投资情绪有所波动，但是中国私募股权投资行业在经历进一步调整后，市场环境不断改善，行业发展进一步成熟。多地百亿级地方引导基金成立，各地陆续出台鼓励政策促进股权投资机构的聚集和发展;经济高质量发展与绿色生态发展理念推动医疗健康、智能制造、碳中和等领域的投资热潮;全面注册制的推进、二手份额转让试点的扩大、投资者实物分配股票试点的启动进一步完善退出环境。受益于政策鼓励和中国经济发展的强劲韧性，6月以来，随着国内疫情逐步缓解，中国私募股权投资行业募资、投资和退出市场规模迅速回暖。私募股权投资具有穿越周期的力量，面对愈加复杂的内外部环境变化，私募股权投资机构如何融入新的发展格局，抓住机遇，在推动科技、资本和实体经济高水平循环中发挥枢纽作用?2022全球PE论坛将就此问题寻求答案。
全球 PE 论坛，自 2008 年起已成功举办十二届。历届论坛参会嘉宾包括政府官员、境内外 PE/VC 机构代表、境内外行业协会代表、股权投资相关从业人员以及媒体记者。2022 全球 PE 论坛，将继续秉承为与会嘉宾搭建政府与行业沟通、交流的对话平台的宗旨，以“新格局下的股权投资发展新机遇”为主题，深入探讨、前瞻判断，为中国经济把脉，促进中国私募股权投资行业健康有序发展。

In the face of increasingly complex internal and external environmental changes, how can private equity investment institutions integrate into the new development pattern, seize opportunities, and play a pivotal role in promoting the high-level cycle of science and technology, capital, and the real economy? 2022 global PE forum will seek answers to this question.
The Global PE Forum has been held twelve sessions since 2009. The forum participants include government officials, representatives of domestic and foreign PE/VC institutions as well as industry associations, practitioners of equity investment and media journalists. The 2022 Global PE Forum will continue to adhere to the purpose of building a dialogue platform between government and industry for the participants. 2022 Global PE Forum will be held under the theme of " New opportunities for the private equity industry under the new pattern ". This year, we take more attention on topics like sustainable finance, innovation and opportunities, investment opportunities in emerging sectors such as agriculture and new energy etc. It will continue to conduct in-depth discussions and make forward-looking judgments to take the pulse of China's economy and promote the healthy and orderly development of China's private equity investment industry.
